Veículos serão distribuídos em 30 cidades para renovação e ampliação do serviço
O governo federal enviará 36 novas ambulâncias ao Piauí para reforçar o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu 192). Os veículos serão distribuídos em 30 municípios, sendo 33 destinados à renovação da frota e três Unidades de Suporte Avançado (USA) para ampliar o atendimento.

As cidades de Corrente, Esperantina, Floriano, Itaueira e Simplício Mendes receberão duas ambulâncias cada. Já as Unidades de Suporte Avançado serão entregues em Guaribas (1) e Teresina (2).
Com essa renovação, o Samu busca melhorar a resposta a emergências médicas no estado, garantindo mais agilidade no atendimento à população.
