A Semana do Cinema 2023, segunda edição do evento, acontecerá entre os dias 9 e 14 de fevereiro nas redes Cinemark, UCI, Kinoplex e Cinesystem, e o cinema Petra Belas Artes, de São Paulo. A primeira edição da Semana do Cinema aconteceu em 2022.

Em Teresina, a rede Cinépolis de cinema, localizada no shopping Rio Poty, irá participar do evento. Os cinemas do Teresina Shopping não irão aderir à Semana pois já possuem promoção de segunda a quarta-feira onde todos os espectadores pagam meia entrada.
Nesses dias, os clientes poderão assistir a grandes sucessos como Avatar: O Caminho da Água, M3GAN e Pearl com ingressos a partir de R$ 10, além de combos de pipoca e refrigerante em preços mais acessíveis. Em alguns cinemas, a promoção pode não valer para salas IMAX.
