O Piauí, mesmo sem muita estrutura e incentivo, ficou na 13° posição
O Piauí fez história na 32° edição do Campeonato Brasileiro de Kungfu Wushu Sanda, realizado em Goiás de 13 a 15 deste mês. Foram mais de 550 atletas de 20 estados brasileiros. O Piauí, mesmo sem muita estrutura e incentivo, ficou na 13° posição.
O prefeito de Teresina, Doutor Pessoa, parabenizou, em evento ontem no Palácio da Cidade, todos os que representaram o estado na competição.

A delegação piauiense foi comandada pelo professor Francisco Aridiego, idealizador do projeto social Nova Vida Sanda (situado em Teresina), que conta com o apoio da Secretaria Municipal de Esporte e Lazer.
