Na manhã desta sexta-feira (21), um avião de porte médio, com capacidade para 12 pessoas, realizou um pouso forçado no Aeroporto Petrônio Portella, em Teresina. A aeronave, que havia decolado de Petrolina (PE) por volta das 8h30, apresentou problemas no trem de pouso e precisou aterrissar por volta das 10h.

No momento do incidente, estava em andamento um treinamento do Plano de Emergência em Aeródromo (PEA) no aeroporto, que tem o objetivo de testar a eficácia dos protocolos e recursos do PEA.
A CCR Aeroportos, responsável pela administração do terminal, confirmou o incidente e informou que não houve feridos.
