O deputado estadual Coronel Carlos Augusto (PL) apresentou Projeto de Lei para acabar com a aplicação de multas por infração de trânsito, de radares eletrônicos, às viaturas policiais e ambulâncias.
Pela proposta, condutores no exercício regular de suas atividades ficariam isentos de penalidades e medidas administrativas. A medida, segundo ele, beneficiaria veículos da Polícia Civil, Polícia Militar, do Corpo de Bombeiros e da Secretaria de Justiça.
Para o deputado, a iniciativa visa anular etapas burocráticas e consolida a natureza de urgência dos serviços prestados pelos referidos órgãos. A desobrigação de defesa aos condutores também permite melhor desempenho das atividades de segurança pública e de atendimento de urgência, rotineiramente exercidas sob forte pressão, argumentou o parlamentar.
