Ao todo 50 prefeituras tiveram o Fundo de Participação dos Municípios bloqueados
A União repassará, nesta sexta-feira (28), um total de R$ 5,7 bilhões do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios (FPM). O valor, referente à terceira parcela de março, representa um aumento de 17% em relação ao mesmo período de 2023.
No entanto, 50 prefeituras foram impedidas de receber a verba devido a pendências fiscais, incluindo Redenção do Gurgueia, no Piauí. Os bloqueios ocorrem por irregularidades como falta de repasse para saúde e educação, débitos previdenciários e problemas na prestação de contas. A liberação dos recursos depende da regularização dessas obrigações.
